The hotel has a total of 122 rooms built into a total of 6 blocks. 53 of those are sea-facing cottages overlooking the hotel garden. Guests put up in the rest 69 rooms can also view the sea and the garden from their respective rooms. Each room is air-conditioned and comprises of satellite television and tea/coffee makers.

The hotel has provision for Travel Desk, Currency Exchange facility, Bar, Swimming Pool, Pool table, Safe Deposit Lockers, Banquet hall and Conference Centres which can seat 200 people at a time and Parking facilities. Guests can also relax with an Ayurvedic massage in the Ayurveda Centre which leaves one feeling refreshed after a hectic day. The guests can dine at the in-house restaurant of the hotel which serves delicious Goan food along with the very special drink of Goa called ‘palm feni’. It is a multi cuisine restaurant hence guests can avail other dishes as per choice. Every week the hotel arranges for barbecue on the beach around a bonfire.
